Healing Nations Institute LLC ("Araliva", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. By using Araliva you agree to this policy.

Health-related data, handled with care. Araliva is a wellness product, not a HIPAA-covered entity or a medical-records system. The photos and inputs you share are used only to generate your educational Clarity Experience — never sold, never used to train third-party models.

1 · Information we collect

Account details — name, email, language, and the medication/dose context you choose to share.
Content you upload — meal photos (Plate Scanner) and body photos (Body Insights) you choose to submit.
Wellness inputs — goals, measurements, and reflections you enter.
Payment data — processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Usage data — device, pages viewed, and interactions, to improve the experience.

2 · How we use it

To deliver your Clarity Experience (Plate Scanner, Body Insights, Future Self Vision, Clara guidance).
To provide support and respond to you.
To improve Araliva's quality, safety, and reliability.
To process payments and prevent fraud.

3 · How your content is processed by AI

Your photos and inputs are analyzed by automated systems to generate your reports and visuals. Your content is not sold and is not used to train external/third-party AI models. Processing may occur via trusted service providers acting on our instructions under confidentiality obligations.

4 · Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (e.g., payment processing by Stripe, hosting, and AI processing), bound to protect it; or when required by law.

5 · Security & retention

We protect your data with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We keep it only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion at any time.

6 · Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may access, correct, export, or delete your data, and object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@araliva.com.

7 · Children

Araliva is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
