1 · How to request a refund
Email support@araliva.com from the address you used to purchase, within 7 days, with the subject "Refund". That's it.
2 · How it's processed
Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
3 · One-time purchase
The Clarity Experience is a one-time $37 purchase, not a subscription — there is nothing to cancel and no recurring charge.
