These Terms govern your use of Araliva. By accessing Araliva or purchasing the Clarity Experience, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Araliva.

1 · Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Araliva.

2 · What you get

The $37 one-time Clarity Experience includes your Plate Scanner meals & reports, one Body Insights guided flow & report, one Future Self Vision & report, Clara's step-by-step guidance, and the founder bonus guide. Your reports are yours to keep. It is not a subscription.

3 · Founder credit

If you choose to continue with Araliva after your Clarity Experience, your $37 may be credited toward your founder plan, subject to the offer available at that time.

4 · Acceptable use

• Use Araliva only for your own personal wellness.
• Don't misuse, copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.
• Upload only content you have the right to share.

5 · Educational outputs & no guarantees

All outputs — nutrition readings, body-trend estimates, and visual projections — are educational and motivational, not medical measurements or guaranteed outcomes. Visual projections are illustrative, not predictions of your actual future appearance or results.

6 · Intellectual property

Araliva and its content are owned by Healing Nations Institute LLC. Your uploaded content remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.

7 · Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Araliva is provided "as is," and Healing Nations Institute LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8 · Refunds

Your purchase is covered by our 7-day refund policy.

9 · Governing law & changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. We may update them; continued use means acceptance. Questions? support@araliva.com.
